Centrally located near Benh Than Market. Stayed one night in a clean room. Spacious rooms and reasonable prices. English-speaking staff, great for business trips.

Hot water needs improvement. Café downstairs closed often.

I have stayed in double room for 2 nights, it was complete with bathroom, clean toilet and changing towels. The location was strategic - a short walk to restaurants and bars...

Wi-Fi was very poor and the bathroom I had was dirty.
